Pipe C14

Large rusticated pipe in a traditional shape. This is the first completely rusticated pipe I have done. Usually I sand part of the shank or the top of the bowl, but I decided to try something different and rusticate it all. The only smooth part is where the markings are, on the bottom of the shank. Large bowl with thick 1/2 inch walls all around. Sterling silver band on the shank adds a touch of elegance. Stem is handmade from ebonite rod. Big pipe weighing in at 118 grams and around 7 inches long. Tobacco chamber is 1 5/8 inches deep and 7/8 inch across.
